All orders are packed in a sealed Styrofoam box with flat ice packs keeping your seafood fresh for up to 12 hours.
If you would like us to take the Styrofoam box back with us, our courier will be happy to wait for you to unload your goods.
Delivery fee of $20 is applicable to the below Sydney metro locations with a minimum $70 spend. If you live outside these delivery areas, simply contact us and we'll source an alternative courier at an additional cost.
Delivery is only available from Sunday 22 to Tuesday 24 December (if you've already put your Christmas order in); simply select your preferred date on checkout or add a note on checkout.

/ PICK UP SERVICE
You may pick up your order from our Sydney holding facility located at Botany from Sunday 22 to Tuesday 24 December 2019 (if you've already pre-ordered). There's no minimum spend, and we'll have your order ready to go for a speedy pick up.
Your order must be picked up on the date stipulated when ordering - please specify the date in delivery instructions at checkout. We will send you a friendly reminder with pick up details closer to the day.
